About Rosemary's Basil

Owner, Chef, Ann Schurhammer started her culinary career, as a young child, helping her Italian grandmother make the meatballs & sauce every Sunday. When her mom started working, Ann started preparing the evening meals.

Ann graduated from the presitious culinary Institue of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. with honors in 1984. Ann has over 30 years experience in private county clubs in New York & Massachusetts in addition to her personal chef work with clients in New York City, West Palm Beach, and Long Island.
For the past 12 years, Ann has been a personal chef & Caterer & donated many auction dinners to various charities. She is able to combine her love for cooking & the ability to help others.
